These terms apply when you use Suction HR and when you buy something from us. Suction HR is a humour service that writes joke performance reviews and certificates for robot vacuums. Nothing on the site is a real employment document.
Who we are
Suction HR is run by Mkweli Group AB, organisation number 559381-1564, Härnevi Rotbrunna 18, 745 96 Enköping, Sweden. You can reach us at admin@zawadi.se. We usually reply within two working days.
What you can buy
- Certificate: the Employee of the Month certificate for your robot as a PNG image (A4 landscape, 300 dpi), without watermark.
- Full personnel file: the certificate, the full performance review as a printable A4 PNG, and a square staff ID badge PNG.
Writing a review and viewing the watermarked previews is free. The review text is written automatically, partly by an AI model, based on what you enter. You see the full review and previews of every file before you pay.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site and at checkout. They include VAT where VAT applies. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place the order. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Your files are delivered immediately after payment on the download page you are sent to, as download buttons. Bookmark that page: it keeps working for 12 months after purchase. If you lose it, email us and we will send you the link.
Right of withdrawal
The files are digital content delivered straight away. Before checkout you ask us to deliver them immediately and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available, as allowed by the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2 kap. 11 §). That means you cannot cancel the order just because you changed your mind once the files are available.
Refunds and complaints
If a file does not download, will not open, or does not match the preview you saw before buying, email us at admin@zawadi.se with the email address you paid with. We will fix it or refund you in full. The same applies if you were charged twice by mistake. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days.
This does not limit your rights under Swedish consumer law. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We will take part in ARN's process.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you enter and the photo you upload. You give us permission to use it only to write your review and produce your files. Only upload a photo you are allowed to use, and do not upload photos of people, offensive material or anything you do not have the rights to. You may use the files you buy for personal and social media use, including posting them and printing them.
A joke, not advice
Reviews are written for fun. Scores, comments and ratings say nothing about the real quality of any product. Suction HR is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vacuum manufacturer, and brand names you type in belong to their owners.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site working, but we cannot promise it is always available. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Law and changes
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
