Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Suction HR handles and why. The data controller is Mkweli Group AB, organisation number 559381-1564, Härnevi Rotbrunna 18, 745 96 Enköping, Sweden. Contact: admin@zawadi.se.

What we collect

• What you type in the form: your robot's name, model and incidents, your name as line manager, and your chosen tone and language.
• The photo you upload, if you add one. It is shrunk in your browser before it is sent.
• When you buy: your email address, country and payment details, collected by Stripe. We receive your email, country and order, but never your card number.
• Technical data: your IP address, which our hosting provider uses briefly to deliver the site and to limit abuse.

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Why we use it

• To write your review and draw your previews and files, because you ask us to (performing our agreement with you).
• To take payment and deliver your purchase (performing our agreement with you).
• To keep accounting records of sales, because Swedish bookkeeping law requires it (legal obligation).
• To keep the site secure and stop misuse (legitimate interest).

Who processes it for us

• Vercel hosts the site and stores your saved review and photo.
• Anthropic provides the AI model that writes the review. It receives what you type and your photo for that purpose. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models by default.
• Stripe handles payments and sends your receipt.

These providers may process data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• When you open checkout, your review and photo are saved so your files can be made after payment. They are deleted automatically after 12 months, which is also how long your download link keeps working.
• Reviews you only preview without opening checkout stay in your own browser and are not stored by us.
• Order and payment records are kept for seven years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email admin@zawadi.se with the email address you paid with, and we will reply within a month. We can delete your review and photo early on request; we cannot delete records we must keep for bookkeeping.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, or to the data protection authority where you live.
